Apply for a Wholesale Account.

  • Email pesquestions@peselectro.com to request to be a retailer.

Minimums:

  • First order must be $1000 USD

  • Subsequent orders must be $500 USD minimum

  • All payments must be in USD

Payment Terms:

  • All orders must be prepaid via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's Club, or bank transfer.

  • Pre-approval is required for bank transfers.

  • There is a $27 processing fee for all bank transfers

  • All payments must be in USD

  • For those who wish to have the payment processed offline, choose 'Cheque/Money Order' as your method of payment and let us know to use your card on file.

Photo & Description Use:

  • Descriptions and images on the P.E.S. Wholesale website; www.electro-flex.com; are available for use by approved retailers. Do not crop images to remove watermarks. Please do not use images from our retail sites: PESElectro.com or DanteAmore.com or our discussion forum, EstimFun.com.

Shipping:

  • We typically ship via UPS, but can also ship via Federal Express or Post Office, if requested.

  • We can ship using your UPS or FedEx account number, if preferred.

    There is an $8 handling fee per box.

    Simply add your account number in the notes on your order if we do not already have the number.

    Also, let us know which service you prefer we use when shipping your order (Express, Expedited, Ground, etc)

  • For those who ship using their own account number, simply choose 'Pick Up In Store' as your shipping option when checking out.

  • For those who prefer USPS (Post Office) or have their orders shipped via our UPS or FedEx accounts, the shipping on the cart is not your final shipping total. Simply choose your preferred method of shipping and the final total will be figured out before we finalize your order & payment.

  • For those paying via credit card on the site, we will manually adjust your total for the actual shipping before we finalize it. Typically, it will most often be less than what the cart estimates.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for customs or duties.

    Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

    P.E.S., Inc. does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. 

    We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any confiscations by customs.

    PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS/CREDITS FOR SEIZED ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNED TO US.

    Packages returned as unclaimed or refused which have incurred returned shipping charges will be billed to your credit card.

Return Policy, Repairs, & Warranty:

  • Please note any errors in your, or merchandise damaged in transit or defective, needs to be brought to our attention immediately. We would ask that you let us know within 7 days of receipt of your order. Actions to be taken will be discussed once we are contacted.

  • If there are problems with a customer's purchase, please note our warranty policy for customers.

  • P.E.S. Electrodes & the Current P.E.S. Power Box carry a 30-day warranty on parts and labor, with a receipt. Current Power Boxes, only, may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee, if dissatisfied. All other items are non-returnable. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges will be accepted on P.E.S. Electrodes or Accessories.

  • Also, before simply replacing a product for a customer, please double check if the product cannot be repaired. The Acrylic Products and P.E.S. Power Box are all items that potentially could be repaired.

  • Do not send in any repairs or returns without first contacting customer service for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
